We do not sell your personal information for money. Kenzki Sudoku has no accounts and
stores your game data only on your device. The one exception this page addresses: showing you
personalized ads can count as "sharing" or "selling" under some U.S. state privacy laws. You can
turn that off using the steps below.
This page is provided for California residents (under the CCPA/CPRA) and residents of other U.S. states
with similar rights. It explains how personalized advertising works in Kenzki Sudoku and how to opt out.
What we do — and don't do — with your data
- We do not sell your personal information for money.
- We do not collect your name, email, contacts, or location.
- Your progress, stats, and settings stay on your device and are never sent to us.
- The app shows ads via Google AdMob. When ads are personalized, an advertising
identifier and device information may be processed by Google and its ad partners. Under some laws this
processing is treated as a "sale" or "share" of personal information — even though no money changes hands
for your data.
How to opt out of personalized ads
You can stop personalized advertising at the device level, which applies to this app and others:
- On Android: open Settings → Google → Ads, then turn on
"Opt out of Ads Personalization" (or "Delete advertising ID"). You may also tap
"Reset advertising ID."
- Google account controls: visit
adssettings.google.com
to manage ad personalization across Google services.
After opting out, you'll still see ads, but they will be non-personalized (based only on general,
non-identifying context rather than an advertising profile).
Removing ads entirely
If we offer a paid "Remove ads" option in the app, purchasing it stops ads — and therefore any
ad-related data sharing — altogether.
Submitting a request
Because we hold no personal information about you on our own systems, there is typically nothing for us to
delete or disclose. If you have a specific request or question about your privacy rights, email us at
[email protected] and we'll respond in accordance with applicable law.
